1. Your booking

A booking is confirmed when payment is verified by our payment provider. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, calculated from our published price per pack and the quantity you choose, plus VAT where it applies.

2. Artwork

You design your sticker within our template and approve it before payment. Approved artwork is stored as a fixed production record and printed exactly as approved. If a change is unavoidable after payment, we’ll prepare a revision for you to approve; your QR code does not change.

You confirm you have the right to use every logo, name and image you upload, and that your content is lawful and not misleading. We may decline artwork that isn’t.

3. Production and distribution

We print, pack and distribute your branded popcorn at the event you booked, at the times we judge will reach the most attendees. Your dashboard shows production status. Distribution depends on access granted by the event organiser; if something outside our control prevents distribution, we’ll contact you promptly to agree a solution.

4. Leads and data

Leads are collected on your behalf, with consent that names your company and the purpose you set. You may use them only for that purpose, must honour opt-outs and deletion requests, and must keep them secure. Our Data Policy explains both sides’ responsibilities in detail.

5. Results

We report what happens — packs distributed, scans, visits and leads — but we can’t guarantee how many attendees will scan or sign up. Estimates on our website are planning tools, not promises.

6. Liability

Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
